Mistake Schools are Making! Physical Education should be, by far, the first and most important CORE Class. It’s the only class that helps all other classes. It’s the only class that can impact physical longevity in life. We now need PE Teachers to yell louder to be heard!

Athletes need to make the choice to eliminate these distractions.
With bad teams it's always something... Somebody is late to practice or misses altogether. Somebody forgot their workout gear. Somebody has "holiday plans" midseason. Somebody's "back hurts." Somebody gets in trouble in the classroom. Gotta conquer this before you win!
Being the Head Coach is tough. A lot of people think coaches just get Gatorade dumped on them and yell. That's not what it's about. You navigate difficult situations, that come out of nowhere, that you did not create, but will affect you.
