(3/3)There are times it doesn’t seem real my baby boy was put through all this for last 3-4 years-other times the memories are so vivid it hurts to recall. I am so thankful for all of the people that saved him, that prayed for him,that helped. Jackson,you are my hero! 💙
(2/3)Today, one year later, he is completely off the insulin and not even wearing a Dexcom! He is happy and healthy and the only visits back to @cincychildrens have been for checkups.
(1/3)1 year ago today Jackson was wheeled away for a 13+ hour surgery that removed his appendix, gallbladder, spleen, and pancreas. He was also insulin dependent due to the procedure. He had quite the journey leading up to the surgery (80+ days in the hospital).
Been a long process but we went full circle last night. Toughest kid i know and thank you to all for the thoughts and prayers

This boy made me an aunt for the first time 21 years ago and has had me wrapped around his finger from the moment I laid eyes on him. He became my world immediately. I cant explain how proud I am of the man he is! Happy birthday, B! I love you with my whole heart!!

Happy birthday to the one that made me a momma 15 years ago! Ryder-I hope you always know how loved you are. Sometimes being the oldest isn’t the easiest but nothing can replace the fact that you are my first born and once I laid eyes on you my life was forever changed!

After 3 hours, Jackson is out of surgery. Dr. was able to place the stent but we were given some information that the next 4 weeks will be critical to see if Jackson's body can handle the stent, his blood pressure staying down, pain and more. Thank you for all the prayers!
