So, in summary, @Europcar are comfortable charging £100 extra to guarantee sat nav but when the car collected comes with an inbuilt unit there is no refund. Excellent work.
My advice to anyone hiring a car with @europcar @Europcar_UK is do NOT tick the sat nav box when booking. I did, paid £100, was given a car with in-built sat nav and subsequently told I cannot have a refund as I signed a contract. Nice.
