Seek out the script CALL ME MARTY. A brilliant biopic about Eric Stoltz during the 1st production of BACK TO THE FUTURE. Superbly written by the blacklist writers behind the infamous Vanilla Ice biopic TO THE EXTREME. Sadly, it's been blocked from moving forward.
I’m sick of these movies about the stressful moments before a massive IP breaks through. Give me the catastrophic failures. The making of SNL or the Godfather is so much less interesting to me than the idea of something like The Island of Dr. Moreau or Waterworld.
