You're looking at it from a simplistic point of view. There would most likely have been some verbal agreements and the artiste would request a certain type of contract. If the terms are conducive for the label, why not? It wouldn't matter who drafted it at that point
basically want people to believe the artist wrote a contract for the label. Ahh, SMH. My simple take is that lawyers were not consulted or advice not taken in drafting the agreement, this makes both parties unintelligent
