Every institution has a strategic plan, an action plan, policies and a set of milestones and objectives to achieve. Question is how much of these are considered and harmonized with the projects they implement.
It is not about the number of project you implement. It should be about the development for the people and to the people. How many of us think about the outcome, the impact, the effectiveness and efficiency? Do we really care about sustainable development?
