Playing Formats I - We have had numerous enquiries recently about whether teams are permitted to jump up a format; 5s to 7s, 7s to 9s etc to "get ahead" and "be ready" for the next stage. We strongly advise teams to play in the format recommended for the full year.
Really excited to see this type of study being sanctioned by the @ScottishFA Hopefully the results & actionable points can be implemented by the Scottish FA/Clubs to give our young players that opportunity to show just how good they can be!
