After fights to get on and off Kyoto buses I arrived at this place. A bit anti climatic to see a trash can right there. This one needed a lot browsing through the web and I don’t remember who I got the info from but I can never find this place on my own based on a photo.
This rarely works for cats but works for people. Anyway this cat wasn’t even turning when called.
Noticing stray cats in Japan is bigger, thicker than those in Thailand. We’re pretty sure they’re not starving, even the fat ones don’t look this chubby. My JP customers also said cats in TH look so small. Must be that our breed is smaller.
Less crowded today but Masugataya was sold out. Delta cafe saved me once again.
Walked past this intersection a lot and I had no idea where I should take the shot. I ended up taking a bunch from different angles but since I am limited to 24-70mm lens I had to do lots of cropping. Found out that this spot seems to be the closest one, after cropping a ton.
Likely met 2 butaitanbo-sha today in Nara. We didn’t talk, just light bow. One I met near Takanohara and another in this beat up shotengai.
At first I thought the houses might have changed or I was in a wrong vantage point. In fact I was exactly there but looked another way.
I nearly missed this shot because I was looking at the same tree but from the West side and din’t think it was “the tree” and couldn’t find it. Was sure it was on this mound though. Was leaving but turned to look around one more time and found out I was suppose to look North.
