At Looe Key, Capt. Will faced a challenging journey out to the dive site. The east-southeast winds were strong at 15-17 knots, whipping up 3-4 foot seas that made the ride a little bumpy. Once there, divers encountered 50 feet of vis, not bad. The water temperature was 86°F.

At Coffins Patch, Capt. Daniel reported some challenging conditions. Visibility was 20-25 feet. A moderate current and a warm temp at 87°F, offered a comfortable dive with a little work. East-southeast winds at 15 knots stirred up a 2-3 foot chop.

Cheaters Ledge...Capt. Daniel reports that conditions are manageable but visibility could be better. The underwater views extend to about 20 feet. The water is warm at 89 degrees. Surface conditions are calm with less than half a foot of swell & a gentle east breeze at 0-3 knots.

This morning at Sombrero Key, Capt. Bradley encountered calm seas. With no waves or wind, the surface was flat. Visibility was limited to 30 feet with a green tint, making it less than ideal but everyone is enjoying themselves. A medium current added some complexity to the dive.
