I definitely appreciate the fragile security/military situation that the govt must weigh when confronted with violence. But should armed groups paralyze a govt not to use its legitimate force to prevent anyone harming citizens? Then there's no govt worth calling itself a govt
1. 1st, u r assuming that there's a govt capable of intervening 2 keep every1 else bay. There isn't any. 2. 2nd, even if there was a govt, what form of intervention wld that take? I am sure u know that the splinter rebel groups are armed. Can the govt intervened without a figh?
