Boleh tonton perkongsian ni sampai habis, the best intermittent fasting ialah 16:8. Untuk newbie, boleh cuba 12:12. 16 jam puasa, 8 jam makan. OR 12 jam puasa, 12 jam makan. Dah terbukti memang boleh bantu utk turunkan berat badan. Asalkan ambil pemakanan yg betul.
