Nah, whoever designed these cards at Konami clearly did it with the intention of being played in a Cyberse pile rather than Ignister. Generic, no real restrictions, and the fact it's going to be abused by Maliss....WHY DO THEIR 2 BEST LINKS HAVE 2300 ATK!!!??? Just why....
