Aight here’s my back on track plan to get to 100 by senior pics. Higher cal days are for our Rehearsal bootcamp where we dance for 7 hours all day long, fasts and waist trainer sessions are for no dance days, I think we can do it. I can easily lose 10 pounds in 20ish days
