In 2012 I lost 80lbs. doing Jenny Craig with exercise and saw no mental health improvements. BUT...... In 2020 I started eating a low carb/ low sugar diet with exercise and intermittent fasting. I lost 136lbs and saw my schizophrenia improve for the first time in 13 years.

Dropping another 5 mgs of my antipsychotic. I dilute a 20 mg capsule in water and drink only a portion of it. This is how I’ve been tapering. Even with smaller drops I still experience withdrawal symptoms. These are not pleasant.

This was what I ate for dinner last night 🍽️ -2 thin chicken breasts -4 net carbs. I always round up so that I don’t go over my carb limit for the day. If I eat over 20 net carbs in a day- I could have symptoms of my Schizophrenia. 🧠

I need to start doing this….

Do you like beef fat/tallow? I buy suet (beef fat) from my local farmer, chop it into 1-2 inch chunks, render it in a crockpot for 6-12 hours. You get beef tallow for about half the price of what you’ll pay for Epics. I like lamb fat too.
