Partnership in Gospel work is the only way to fulfill the Great Commission.

I was pleasantly surprised by the version of Islam I found on my recent excursion to West Asia. A new generation has become disenfranchised with their fathers’ faith and is open to the Gospel like never before.

Appreciate your prayers this week as I head to West Asia to meet local church planters and scout ministry partnerships.

Grace is what we need, Faith, how we receive. It’s Prayer that teaches us to trust.

Love this!

The only "Christian Voters Guide" I've ever found helpful. Or Christian.

Got my ballot today and am only sure about Mike Summers. Perhaps I’ll write him in for all the spots. 🤷🏼‍♂️

Sure love having @VEarwicker by my side.

What are the odds that our Uber driver in McKinney, Texas is from Jinja, Uganda? Small world.

Excellent new article from @NathanGSloan Let us be mindful of what other parts of the global church want in the missionaries we send. thegospelcoalition.org/article/missio…

I read a little book called Revolution in World Missions at college. While I already knew God’s call to reach nations, K.P. Yohannan’s work shaped my thinking & practice on the field. I’m grateful for his life’s work and his impact on the unreached world. gfa.org/kpyohannan-obi…

“Newer and better ways of doing things don’t invalidate the approaches of the past. They simply make them a product of their time.” -Mark Clark

God have mercy on our nation and give us leaders better than we deserve. Men & women of integrity, humility, & boldness, skilled in the science of politics & diplomacy. People with the strength of youth & the wisdom of experience, love for their country & care for the world.

So proud of this team for their dedication and sacrifice in serving Jesus!

While Namiti Island is only 50 miles away as the crow flies, it took our team two days to get there. They drove across rivers, slept in tents by the roadside, and used local boats to carry the people & equipment that will bless the leaders of God’s church in the Buvuma Islands.

So many things to pray for in this escalating war. But today I’m interceding for the safety of three American young people fighting with the IDF. May God’s favor surround them as with a shield. May they have wisdom in every encounter, grace to overcome the trauma of each battle.

Yes, we know that “we all have knowledge” about this issue. But while knowledge makes us feel important, it is love that strengthens the church. (1 Corinthians 8:1)

Serious question: how does learning more about outer space actually tell us anything about the origins of the universe?

Things are getting serious. About to arrive in Entebbe for 10 days of ministry with our @bold_ventures team.

I would like to hear what you are for, not what you are against. I’m not about to follow a critic, but I could sure get behind a visionary.
