I have so much compassion for the woman I used to be. All versions of her. In her glory, and in her pain. Because she got me here. She gave me the strength to start fresh. To start my own business. To pave a new way for myself. To become whole again.
Developing a breathwork practice has allowed me to take my power back by realizing I was distracting myself through overworking. Once I started to find safety in rest, everything I thought I knew about success, happiness, and fulfillment was completely redefined.
My work right now is… - Practicing what I preach - Continuing to refine my craft so I can show up for myself + my clients - Not giving up, especially when it gets hard - Not being afraid to put myself out there - Remembering my worth, every day What’s your work right now?
Preventing burnout is really just about having strong awareness around your energy. 1) If it gives you energy, focus on it more. 2) If it drains your energy, stop and readjust. What we focus on expands, whether it’s negative or positive. This realization changed my business.
The older I get, the more I realize pain isn’t a negative. It’s not something to be afraid of anymore. Feeling through pain is necessary for personal evolution. It builds resilience. And when I allow myself to feel it, my strength is always reflected back to me ten-fold.
A major sign of growth is being able to tell when someone is projecting onto you and not allowing it to affect your self-worth. Am I right?
Sales is the biggest monster for me. But I’m getting better every day!
Being a creator is hard. You have to learn: • Sales • Design • Writing • Marketing • Human psychology But trust me. It's 100x better than 40 years of daily small talk in a job you hate.
To calm yourself down: Exhale for double the time you inhale (inhale through your nose for 4, then exhale for 8). Repeat. To wake yourself up: Three part breath (two inhales through your mouth—into your belly, then your chest—exhale). Repeat.

It’s not about fixing. It’s about becoming. And finding new pieces of you, of your story, that feel true. Your breath is the catalyst—the teacher, the guide. Breathwork provides a path back to our hearts, an unraveling AND a reconnection. Openness is the first step.
be proud of how you’ve been handling these past few months. the silent battles you’ve fought, the moments you had to humble yourself, the times you picked yourself up. celebrate your strength.
Rest is an essential piece of progressing forward. It’s pure, free, natural medicine. ✨ And when we learn how to rest without guilt, we preserve our energy so we can take aligned action from a regulated place later on. We are taking intentional steps to prevent burnout.
Instead of focusing on the next milestone, what if you could just focus on what’s here for you… right now? Take a deep breath. Meet your body. Celebrate what’s here. Revel in that for a moment. Notice what shifts, and allow that to settle. What’s coming next can wait.
When we get stuck in the ‘go go go’ mentality, we are unintentionally draining our cups. However, when we learn how to embrace rest as a necessity for aligned action, we intentionally FILL our cups back up. We prevent burnout by not allowing our cups to empty completely.
Here's a quick breathing tip that can help you RELAX in just a few seconds! It's the small + simple changes in our awareness that make the biggest differences in our health + overall wellness.⚡️🫁 #breathwork
