What an amazing group of top performers! It’s been an 8-month journey of growth, promotions, crushing quota, building new relationships, found their go-to-people & elevated their mindsets and confidence. They ended this program by presenting their capstone projects to executives.

Developing and increasing one’s self-awareness elevates our personal and professional lives in a holistic way. Most importantly, there are behaviors and attitudes that one should “stop” and “start doing” in order to get the performance and results that is expected.

I was always extremely prepared before every game, every play that was in our playbook had a first option to score, second option, third option and even a fourth option. After that fourth option, players just had to make a play. Always be ready for failure and the competition.
