Calling all robot farms, So how do people choose sires and pick which cows to breed sexed, genomic testing, PLI, on farm data, RMS ? what matters more, production, physical traits and uniformity or health?

There is a special place in hell for people who wander off footpaths, leave gates open & cause horrendous accidents. 3 of my girls got stuck in bog in neighbouring woodland 9 people 3 tractors 5 hours 8 trees chopped down 3 distressed cows Got them home safe in the end #farm24

What a super star over 13,000L on 282 days in milk, 344 Calving interval, 4.74 Bfat and 3.47 protein and producing a whopping calve of 57kgs, wouldn’t mind a herd full of these!

Last night we required an ambulance in a remote, difficult to access area of the farm. 1st real use of @what3words and it took all that difficulty and confusion out of the situation to get the help to where it was needed. Everyone should familiarise with the app, a game changer.
