USC OL Andrew Vorhees, a top-100 prospect in the 2023 NFL Draft, is feared to have suffered a torn ACL during drills at the combine Sunday, per source. Somehow, Vorhees still did the bench press this morning – and pumped out 38 reps of 225 pounds with one leg on the ground. 😳
Coach Rich Rachel passed, many younger Bulls fans may not recognize the name, he was at USF from 2000-2009, and was Mike Jenkins position coach. He coached at U Tampa in their final season. An incredibly kind, fun, caring man whose name is forever part of USF history. RIP Coach.
RIP to an absolute legend Coach Rich Rachel. Double R had such a great impact on me while I was at USF and I will never forget all the memories and stories. He was truly the best 🤘🏼

Can’t find a link, but in 2007, when USF rose to No. 2 in the nation, we wrote about Jim Leavitt’s defensive staff that helped get them there — Wally Burnham, Rich Rachel, Troy Douglas and Dan McCarney. They called their meeting room the “Yellow Submarine.” RIP Rich Rachels.
Saddened to learn of the passing of Coach Rich Rachel. I worked with Double R for 7 years at #USF. He was truly one of a kind & a legend among those that played & coached for the #Bulls while he was there. Hard to tell a RR story w/o laughing or smiling. #RIP RR.
Lost a great friend and coach. Rich Rachel, Double R, meant a lot to all people he touched thru many years. Raise a glass and celebrate the memories of a great man!
