As a spiritual woman, a lot of your alchemic and transformative work is none of your partner’s business. Allow your partner to focus on the material world without bothering them with your interests. Leave somethings left unsaid. Let the magic speak for itself.

It’s beautiful to see you slowing down, breathing, resting, healing, dreaming. You’ve always been worthy of this ease, tenderness, gentleness, wholeness.

If you view having a natural birth … at home … as scary, painful, dangerous or impossible then you don’t trust yourself, your body, or your power. You’re operating in fear. Who taught you that?

Mamas; you do know you can decline medical interventions? You do know that you don’t have to give consent? You do know you can advocate for yourself and your baby? You do know you have autonomy over your body? You do know you can say NO. RECLAIM YOUR POWER

I am aware that this is a sensitive and controversial topic but I am not going to censor or sugarcoat the TRUTH nor am I going to feed into the illusion and delusion that is plaguing the birth world

Anyone opposing you, was once or still is in deep admiration of you!

Pregnancy is a spiritual journey. You must be prepared mentally, emotionally, spiritually, & physically !

Preparing your vessel for pregnancy starts before conception

Yes c sections can be a life saver ! Yes complications can occur and interventions may be required but let’s not act like women’s wombs, especially black & brown women aren’t being preyed upon & capitalized on! Just look at the stats

All of these medical interventions disrupts the natural process of labor/birth and has harmful psychological affects on mother & baby long term …

If you were in a hospital setting, if you were induced, if medication was administered, or an epidural you did not have a Physiological (Natural) birth

Any delivery that resulted in a C Section, forcep removal, or vacuum to extract the baby is an unnatural birth

Eventually you release the desire to know everything and you embrace the knowing that it always works out on your behalf!

You don’t have opps. You have secret admires. When you stop operating as if there are forces actively working against you, life begins to flow with extraordinary ease and divine alignment.

The Mental Health of C Section mamas needs to be studied . They are not ok …

You’re not meant to know it all. You are meant to maintain your faith and trust that it will work out for you!

It becomes really clear when you realize, all you’re supposed to do here is serve God. And service to God simply looks like service to your highest self. The God in you.

Have a daily self care routine… you cannot pour from an empty cup. Self Care = Self Discipline

We avoid so many taboo conversations out of discomfort and stigma, missing chances to heal and grow collectively. Imagine the breakthroughs if we went beyond surface-level distractions and faced our shared struggles.
