That’s incredible news! Made my day.

EXCITING NEWS! This week, camera traps recorded leopards in Gashaka Gumti National Park for the 1st time ever. For over 20 years, the Gumti Sector was a no-go area due to banditry. Now ANI & NPS have established a ranger outpost there & confirmed there are leopards in the park!

Sir David Attenborough and Dr Sonia Haoa Cardinali visited us last week to make a delivery of precious seeds of the Rapa Nui toromiro tree! 🌱 Extinct in the wild, the ex-situ care for this species here and in botanic gardens worldwide mean it can one day be wild again 🌳💚
