The holy Quran does not provide any genealogy of prophet Muhammad, a common practice of the times. Few of his associates are mentioned and it’s only indirectly. But an entire chapter is named after Mary. While prophet Muhammad is mentioned by name only 4 times.

Muslims neither worship prophet Muhammad nor pray through him. Muslims worship the Unseen, Omniscient Creator, Allah.
The holy Quran contains nothing which is contrary to reason or objectively observed facts but it repeatedly appeals to man to use his reason and logical faculties to verify the truth of its message.
Quran presents a way of life that is sound and logical and is actually followed by numerous people around the world living a righteous life. And more than any other faith its message attracts everyday numerous others towards it to seek its guidance to live in peace & tranquility

Islam teaches tolerance, not hatred. Universal brotherhood, not enmity. Peace and not violence.
