RFK might be sus, but he does have some idea of the public health impacts of ag pollution and food policy. Maybe DOGE pulls epa, ag, and HHS together.

iowacapitaldispatch.com/2024/11/13/epa… This is pretty big news. DNR wrongfully delisted these stretches, & in the case of Cedar R, apparently with complicity of City of CR, even when their own data showed it was impaired. state is so eager to message success that this is crap they’ll pull.

Maybe a thought for "the left" (whatever that is): I don't think I've ever used the word "neoliberal" and I've been able to talk about lots of things in sensible terms with people. (that and hegemony and deontological, but that's a different context)

But what if it’s for a canal and it’s Colorado?

No eminent domain for private gain...period. I do not care if its a shopping mall or a pipeline. The answer should always be NO.

Spent the weekend in Memphis for this annual event. Nearly every year since 2006. Highly recommend.

This state trusts women more than Nebraska and has cool trails public land.

Why in the year of our lord 2024 can't westlaw display tabular or graphic material in a case where the court thought it important enough to put in the opinion? (also, why is it the slowest site on the planet?)
