@MarthaKarua Following today's ruling by the HC, I am just wondering, what stops future Presidents from impeaching an "elected deputy", and getting an "appointed deputy", thereby rendering the intention of the COK 2010, completely useless in protection of tenure for the same.

One of the most hilarious part of that ruling today, was, the bench saying that, in the event the court didn't uphold Gachagua's impeachment, the court, would issue court orders against a sworn in Kindiki. Hata kama sisi ni wajinga, sio hivyo buana 🤣🤣
