This is a very good one... so I've been contacted by BSI about my Moon Music preorder, they finally sent a tracking but when I check it, it says "shipment cancelled" 🫠 There's no way out of this nightmare I guess...
Moon Music has been out for 4 weeks today. Positive note: I have listened to the album at least once a day so far and will keep doing so as long as possible. Negative note: Still waiting for my LP's and there is no sign I can even expect them in the next 4 weeks.
Great example from Fierce 🐼 handling a delay upfront, with transparency, and even a little goodie. 👌 Lack of transparency is angering me the most with BSI. Like wtf is going on? Lack of staff, too many preorders, signed art cards causing chaos, items stuck in customs...?
I am simply not gonna stop whining about BSI and the massive delays until I get my order it seems they simply forgot a big batch of the original pre orders from the EU and you won't convince me otherwise it has all been so poorly managed, it's only fair to be vocal about it
Pre-ordering from the band's website 3.5 months before release and *maybe* receiving the albums one or two months after release is such a joke. If any company I ever worked at operated like BSI, they'd be out of business, good lord.
I'm so fucking angry about this Moon Music BSI disaster. 🤬 I'm not even looking forward to my items any longer, I just want something for my money or get it back. Money that has been with them since June! Wish I had the strength to fight, but I don't at the moment. 😥
