Just because they don't fit and there wasn't any space to try them on! The Manchester store's self service till didn't produce a receipt and I didn't notice until I was back in the office. As a 20+ year committed customer I am disgusted that Zara can't even produce a credit note!
Absolutely devastated that my favourite store is treating a recent purchase so poorly. Given the new Covid-19 instructions and lack of ability to try clothes on I am left with 2 purchases that Zara won't honour a return, refund or even a credit note for!!!!
