🎉 Exciting news! The @kutay_lab just emerged victorious in the IBC internal #BikeToWork challenge 🚴♂️! Congrats to their team “Why are we doing this again?” for achieving an impressive 88% BikeToWork days! 🎊 #Sustainibility #Teamwork
I forgot to share my PhD journey, which took 3 years, 4 scientific papers, and amazing collaborations globally. Along with my academic journey that led me to dozens of conferences and talks, I enjoyed doing 20 000km on solo motorcycle trips and visiting more than 10 countries.
Very interesting talk by @BerndPulverer about transparent publishing and open science, learned many details how much is done by editors to improve publishing pipeline #embo @EMBO
I am thrilled to share our research on cell senescence and #expansionmicroscopy at the #ETH #IBC meeting! #kutaylab
I am very excited to share our joint paper with @aschneiderlab Such amazing collaborative work!

Prof. Wyman was one of the smartest and strongest people I have ever met and an amazing scientist who would truly and utterly support young scientists. She was definitely a role model for me as well....
With deep regret we announce the passing of our beloved colleague and friend Claire Wyman yesterday. Claire’s drive, vision and ability to inspire others has greatly strengthened science and she has been a role model for many of us. Claire will be missed immensely by all of us!!!

We are with you Ukraine 🇺🇦
Incredible Georgian people who understand that friends must be supported! 🇬🇪🇺🇦 Grateful to everyone in Tbilisi and other cities who came out in support of Ukraine and against the war. Indeed, there are times when citizens are not the Government, but better the Government.
Very proud of share my work about expansion microscope in t brucei. Thanks to my lab @OchsenreiterL giving me an opportunity to try new methods and ideas. royalsocietypublishing.org/doi/10.1098/rs….
Super proud to share my first paper from Ochsenreiter lab ☺️

Very interesting 🤔
This is 100% REQUIRED READING for everybody doing microscopy on #trypanosomatids. @Zephyris provides a "how to" guide for macros in ImageJ/FIJI, and some off-the-shelf ones for automating processing and analysis. 👏👍🤩 link.springer.com/protocol/10.10…
Supper proud to present the first pictures of expansion microscopy in Tripanosoma brucei ✌️Thanks for all authors ^^

The goal of teaching should not be to help the students learn how to memorize and spit out information under academic pressure. 🧠 The purpose of teaching is to inspire the desire for learning in them and make them able to think, understand, and question.
The question: Can mitochondria be named CEO of the cell? My answer: Yes. Next question, please. @AJKowaltowski @aschnaufer @maroliufrj
Never confuse education with intelligence, you can have a PhD and still be an idiot. 🧠
This is the best and clearest explanation of why people need to stay at home you could ever wish to see
