Yes i cry a lot in bed. But no, not because of boys and love. Mostly becuase of money, my mom, friends studies and why the hell am I not good enough.
Some people aren't good at asking for help because tgey are so used to being 'the helper'. Throughout their life they have expierienced an unbalanced give and take- so their instinct is ususally "i'll figure it out on my own." The self- reliance is what they have ever known.
To avoid disappointments , take people exactly as they are, rather than idealizing about what you wish they would be.
This is so important: Just because you did something wrong in the past doesn't mean you can't advocate against it now. It doesn't make you a hypocrite, you grew. Don't let people use your past to invalidate your current mindset. Be proud yourself for evolving.
The older you get , the more quiet you become. Life humbles you so deeply as you age. You realize how much non-sense you have wasted time on. You start to accept things for what they really are. You stop forcing friendships and connections with people and you just learn to grow.
I am gratually becoming sensitive. I am becoming a person who feels nothing, no emotions at all. I get confused about things. I spend hours in thinking about what I should feel? Is this what they call a heartless person??
