This had never happened to me before.... a client contacted me, i sent a detailed brief for the videos before filming, they accepted them and now that i've sent FOUR videos they dont like any of them ???????
Guys, advice me. I contacted a brand months ago. We made a deal and they paid me 50% upfront. MONTHS have gone by and i havent yet received tje product. I've contacted them many times and no reply at all. What should I do with the money they already paid?
