Yep, and that's why I've always found it funny when some people try to say that AEW was "never trying to compete with WWE," and that they were "just focusing on themselves." Karma always has a funny way of catching up 😂😂😂
On a serious note though it’s true most of AEW fans were ex WWE fans they switched to AEW cause Vince made it unwatchable during his last few days in charge and now with WWE being hot as ever they’re back
AEW had a great opportunity to bring back lapsed fans who were tired of WWE, but instead, catered to the lowest common denominators in the fan base: mentally ill shut-ins, and obese perpetually online weirdos. And now that’s mostly all they have left. Money can’t fix that.
