A truly great sales rep does most of the work for the prospect: Does the scheduling Does the demos Solves the problem Helps sell other stakeholders Follows up Simplifies deployment Yes, this is a lot more work than sending a Calendly link the next day, I do admit

Sunday rant. For software engineering, my sense is that the phrase “premature optimization is the root of all evil” has massively backfired. Its from a book on data structures and mainly tried to dissuade people from prematurely write things in assembler. But the point was to…

Here to kill pagers 📟. Thanks for the shout out Dr. Coffey!

One of the best talks I went to today hosted by @BetaKit . Got to see lovely faces I know like @fnthawar @alexandernorman @joellaanne1 . Great talk by the speakers. @tobi ‘s hard talk to Canadians about being ambitious and courageous resonated. 💪

iRobot here we go

The vibe at #HIMSS24 is just wow. 🤩 Seriously.

I wonder how much productivity is lost due to @MicrosoftTeams Never works well on my mac, always seems to be stuck on the login screen with failure. Restarting doesn't work. Web works well though. Happens to both of my macOS computers.

Also what I learned when I turned 30

in honor of turning 30 this week, here are 30 things i wish i knew about life and happiness <3 1. Don't start a company. 2. Don't start a company. 3. Don't start a company. 4. Don't start a company. 5. Don't start a company. 6. Don't start a company. 7. Don't start a company. 8.…

Doing a startup is like dating a toxic girlfriend. You can start your day crying, get a huge win and be the most excited you have been in your life and end the day with tears. Rollercoaster is real 🎢

Great job to the Canadian government on this.

When America drops the ball on high skill immigration, Canada picks it up But the better thing we should do here is not drop the ball

Microsoft Teams is an abomination of a product. The only reason companies use it is because it's included with an Office 365 subscription. I'm not convinced that even a single designer ever worked on it

I got ChatGPT from @OpenAI to write me a script to parse through an excel sheet and generate language files for me to minimize human mistakes. It did it right away and was essentially what I was looking for. Insane. I'm blown away. This might have been someone's intern project

For all the sacrifices they made to become physicians, supporting the community and our loved ones. Happy Doctors Day! doctorsday.ca/thank_you_onta…

So proud of what they have been accomplished with @HypercareHQ on improving communication for patients going through their last years of their lives. Incredible work.

Last summer, the Oxford OHT Palliative Care Outreach Team implemented Hypercare secure messaging for three of our partner organizations, enabling secure, efficient communication between physicians and patient care teams (1/4)

Private equity: spends ~$1 trillion on #healthcare. Healthcare: Still uses pagers 📟📟📟 Where’s the $$$ going? Hint: it’s not to the patients or clinicians. Middlemen, insurers, hospitals and executives…💰💰💰
