yesterday, i finally ran the half marathon... and i achieved the best time of my life: 1h 41m. i'm happy because focusing on building muscle has made me better at other activities, like running.
podcasts or youtube videos show you where the doors are, revealing something you might not have known. books or specialized content provide the information needed to open them. you cannot solidify knowledge through the first ones; you need to put the effort into the second.
