What is @AWCanada, I can get a bag of Ruffles at a grocery store and have a snack for the evening, and I wouldn’t order fries or onion rings (which I actually like). Just give the customers better deals that’s actually worth my money.

Why is it only certain @earlsrestaurant locations is run as a business instead of a clubhouse for the staff? All I hear is about what they did on vacation, last night’s party, etc? With @tacofinoluvsyou opening next door they better smarten up.
I’m very impressed with all the restaurants that I go to with the health inspection report’s except one how do they consistently not get a low on a routine inspection?? Everyone else around them can! If you want to see it, google “restaurant inspection Burnaby” and search it.
Would any employee/employer of any restaurant establishment think it is a good idea to have the hostess’s stand outside when it’s 6 degrees Celsius?? Where are your patio heaters, only their own jackets? @earlsrestaurant Station Square
Why does your drinks take longer than it should? According to how @earlsrestaurant Stn Square…2 minutes, but I see the drinks sitting at the bar for 4 minutes before the server picks it up. Mangers fudge the number to make them look good but nothing changes for customers.
I guess @earlsrestaurant Station Square still doesn’t understand how bad it looks to the customers sitting directly in front of them with a L1 leader and sous chef working with paperwork out at the bar?! Can be wearing clothes not earls but we know.
Thanks @earlsrestaurant StationSquare, got the tvs working again! 😂 only took over 3 hours to get it functioning. Question now is can they change the channel to something live, like the game on now, instead of the golf channel with old stuff?
Don’t bother coming to @earlsrestaurant StationSquare if you want to watch sports. They either broke the cable boxes or didn’t pay the cable bill. None of the 6 TV’s are on, and I said something already.
Why do people think placing their hat on the table/bar next to someone is acceptable? Disrespectful and disgusting at a restaurant.
It’s sad that a location that is run by HQ instead of a GM can’t answer my emails. Have to admit they are trying to fix issues after manager has changed, too bad they still think bar screen times coincides with actual time customer will get their drinks.@earlsrestaurant Stn Sq.
Why does this 1 employee have to sit right next to a customer and open his laptop and his clipboard when he can pick 18 other seats at the bar?!?! @earlsrestaurant Station Square. He even did that to me and my buddy when no others were at the bar!
