Nice to get back to deadlifting some decent weight ( a comfortable couple of reps on 250kg) 12 months post distal bicep rupture. Have adapted to the ‘hook grip’- worth trying, particularly if you’re in your 40s 👴🏻 and have battered old tendons!

Excellent evening at @GingerPigLtd butchery class last night. Really well run by the butchers, who passed on a lot of interesting info & prepared a terrific meal for us all. We had a go at preparing our own hefty beef joints to take away with us. Thoroughly recommend it.
