There is NO ROLE of swallowing the ECOSPRIN tab in acute MI for loading dose. It has to be crushed in the mouth itself as it is gastro resistance formulation. Disprin which is a dispersible preparation, may be preferred for loading dose (chewed). Don't forget the basics.
