I haven’t been watching but it feels like this England display highlights the difference it makes when you’ve got a team full of players who aren’t playing to avoid injury. Last few internationals the intensity wasn’t there at all.
Might be well wrong but I get good vibes from him, I think he’ll do well.

If he does play 3 atb then White RCB, Trent RWB is a lovely dynamic.
Whether you agree with the decision or not (I genuinely don’t know) the procedure they went through was all fair and proper. I think it’s a lot harder to do all of this under time pressure than people realise.

I couldn’t disagree with this more. I don’t often watch MOTD but when I do I’m always interested to hear how they break down the games (usually better than Sky do live). If you do want to purely watch the highlights then it’s easy enough to do so on YouTube.
No fan of football cares if Gary Lineker hosts MOTD. Or another bloke hosts MOTD. All we ever wanted to see is the highlights of our team play.

I rate Rodri so highly and genuinely believe he was the rightful ballon d’or winner this year but Kante was stupidly good. He elevated any team he was in to UCL/PL/World Cup status. If you want the icing on the cake a la City you’d take Rodri but everywhere else I’d go Kante.
