DOON SCHOOL HMT Srinagar is asking 1 lakh for admission fee in the name of development charges. Private schools can’t charge admission fee from any parents according to recent guild-lines so these schools have changed name from admission fee to development charges

AND those ‘outraged’ mainstream voices criticizing the brave doctors at Chest Diseases Hospital! The damn hospital was built by the British in 1880!!!! Why weren’t SEVENTEEN successive State Governments able to renovate and upgrade it for 8 decades to BASIC health standards??
