+1 It takes longer to figure out their docs than to just make the api calls yourself. Same thing goes for llamaindex and a lot of these libraries.

I recommend everyone against using LangChain and this article explains well It uses abstractions on top of abstractions and actually makes your code needlessly complicated Just write API calls and add a vector database instead octomind.dev/blog/why-we-no…

Oh my... our first ad didn't go so well. 🫢 Be careful of who you hire off Craigslist! We should've had a bigger budget... #ad #sketch #Corgea #Bloopers #BehindTheScenes #CyberSecurity

It's easy to be skeptical of the "AI" space today because it uses overly complicated terminology. "Hallucinations" are just bad predictions. "prompt engineering" is just finding the right words to instruct the LLM The cherry on top is calling it all "AI"

Github copilot chat is seriously underrated. Feels way more useful than regular inline code suggestions.

Finally taking the rust plunge. I think like 80% of my code is just chatgpt generated.

It's wild how difficult it is to get SOC2 reports and how wildly different each company is about transmitting that info. The best so far: Google and Linear AWS is self-service but you *have* to use adobe acrobat to get the actual pdf.
