Spare a thought for ex-MUFC full back, Charlie Moore, born today in 1898. Charlie moved to OT in 1919 for the rest of his career. He played 328 times for us without scoring, a record for a United outfield player. Charlie retired in 1930, passing away in March 1966, aged 72. RIP.
