Caring for yourself is not selfish. Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise. Distancing yourself from those who drain your energy, those who constantly want to argue and criticise etc is self-preservation. Sometimes you just have to do it for your own sanity and to keep the peace.
There will be people who won’t be happy for your success. They don’t want to see you grow and get better. But the truth is no one can stop what the Almighty has planned for you. That’s right! No one! So keep going. Don’t quit on yourself. Trust Him in all that you do.

Quit overthinking & being anxious always. Trust the Almighty to be your Guide. There’s nothing like finding peace & rest from all your troubles in Him. Your problems may still be present, but when you learn to trust Him, peace will reign in your heart. Seek comfort in Him alone.
Don’t hate or begrudge someone who ignores you. If it makes them happy, so be it. Don’t let the behaviour of someone else affect you. You can’t change people. But you can go where you are appreciated. Remember, life has a way of dishing out to others what they dish out to you!
