Update to last night's carjacking and shooting case in Zephyrhills: Pasco Sheriff's deputies are searching for Luis Tull, 36, in connection with this case. Tull is approximately 5'5", 140-150 lbs and has multiple tattoos on his neck, chest, arms and stomach.
