One of the most fulfilling parts of life is being able to do great work with great people. I feel deeply sad for employees and friends at OpenAI, and I hope no matter where this ends up, everyone is still able to pursue that.
When founders are raising a Series A, they typically prioritize getting the best economic terms first, and treat who sits on their board as a second priority. They should do the reverse.
