People don't like: how it's configured by their team/company (or not configured at all) AND/OR the fact that it can be configured at all so you have to relearn how to use it between companies or even between orgs. I like Jira, ignoring those parts.

It's remarkable how unliked Jira is. Hard to come up with another piece of software that seems so universally panned by people who have to use it, yet has clearly proven popular. I guess there's Salesforce, but... So what is it about Jira that so many don't like?



Anyone else use this trick for debugging something? I can wait to have the debugger stop until I set globalThis.jay = true in the console
