The Last Jedi just keeps becoming a more relevant and powerful achievement in blockbuster filmmaking as the years go on

It's worth pointing out that the show about Cassian Andor, a secondary character in a spinoff movie, had a much better fandom reception than the shows about Obi-Wan, Ahsoka and Boba Fett. At least from what I've seen anyway. That says a lot about how out of touch execs are imo

"lol funny but lets be real it started slow and got great later on" I was genuinely hooked in the first scene. No Star Wars show has grabbed me this quick. I'm not even exaggerating for a joke. Things can be slow and still be peak. I don't only get interested when it gets fast.

Also had to make this because people keep saying Dragon Age Veilguard isn't like Horizon and is somehow more of an RPG than The Witcher 3. So here's a breakdown of the depth of typical choices you can make in a few major RPGs and ARPGs.

Got a lot of comments that all of these games are the same genre (lol) so I made this spectrum to show my view of RPG's vs Action Games. The lack of RPG elements is why I would consider games like Dragon Age Veilguard, Final Fantasy 16, and Cyberpunk to be more of Action Games.

seeing movies go for "minimalistic normal looking font as logo" and absolutely shit the bed makes me appreciate how well Remedy does it. clean, yet ominous and attention grabbing

when in atla book 3 zuko and katara discovered the duality of their bendings. zuko learns that his firebending can be life instead of destruction, while katara learns that her waterbending can be pain and agony instead of healing.

Esta canción me parece tan TAN poderosa en algunas de sus partes "Did you find what you were looking for? Some escape from your skin You know that place you were dreaming of" Y yo, llorando open.spotify.com/track/7qjCmoM2…

Ok, so Mass Effect being considered more a RPG than Inquisition, Skyrim, and The Witcher is just wrong

One day we're gonna have a story about "fire people" where fire is reflective of a compassionate, non violent culture. Where fire is mostly used to heal and catarize wounds, to be a guiding light in darkness, to bring warmth to the cold, and to "purify" meals.

James Cameron describes the Ash People in ‘AVATAR: FIRE AND ASH’ as a reflection of the worst side of N’avi. “We have a lot of anger and a lot of rage in the world we live in right now” (via: @cinepop)

MEDIA LITERACY IS DEAD because why are there so many people saying this was just a low budget choice when it’s CLEARLY one of the most genius way to show the audience that the road was nothing but a SCENERY?

now THIS was a gag
