Unpleasant experience once again on the 6.50 Wigan to Alderley Edge. Reduced carriages again. At well over capacity at wigan, people unable to board at Bolton @northernassist
Two days in a row the 6.50AM Wigan wallgate to Alderley Edge is provided only two carriages. Please @northernassist, it's not enough.

Shocking service from @northernassist I was in a queue at Piccadilly to purchase a weekly ticket and was given a fine instead. I didn't run the barrier, I stood in a queue money in hand. Disgraceful. #northernfail

@northernassist mind telling us what that shitshow was all about at Oxford Road? Was told to get off the Southport train (despite the fact it "doesn't stop there") - got on the Blackpool train - locked in for 20+ minutes, then told to get back on the original train which was full
Train cancelled due to issue with a door, carnage at Oxford road as everyone desperately tries to fix your wrongs. Staff shouting at us. People arguing with each other. Staff not allowing people to board the train initially. This is your worst @northernassist
