Really @BitstampSupport the problem is at your end… are you scammers? Many people including me are facing a trade block on ur accounts… with no reason at all. And the only thing you say is you are “investigating” it. You are doing nothing. You dont even reply to my dm’s


Stopping my account for trading with no reason thats whats bothers me the most. After that your support is not saying anything what a good fot nothing support team bitstamp have.. @BitstampSupport

The most bad support @BitstampSupport they say that the will help you through e-mail in 4 hours. Now i am waiting 2 weeks for an answer. Even the support in dm is not responding anymore. How pathetic. If this still drags on. I will everybody know that they dont use bitstamp ;).
