Coaches can make or break a team. A bad coach will have you feeling lost or constantly in a state of overthinking while a good coach can elevate great teams into world championship teams. Take your time when considering your team’s unique specific needs and adjust accordingly.
So many good coaches are LFT! For teams looking for coaches please don't just hire ex-pros looking for anything to do, get someone who is hungry and willing to elevate your team. Previous seasons I was sad to see teams only snag ex-pros without trying out anyone else.
