The current Pak govt is no different from any previous ones. This Pak govt clings to power by bowing to the military—rigging elections, crushing opposition, and stripping away freedoms. They claim to restore democracy while suffocating it. @a_siab x.com/FarhatullahB/s…

Let's admit it. There's no difference between this & previous govt in terms of electoral mandate, same page mantra & driving from behind by invisible & unaccountable. Unless this model of governance is challenged & changed to genuine democratic there's little hope of salvation.

#Pakistan’s attempt to discredit Dr. @MahrangBaloch_ by spreading false claims is a cowardly tactic to silence a voice for justice. The same state that claims to combat misinformation is now using it to suppress the truth and oppress the #Baloch people. @ImaanZHazir

“The claim that Dr. Mahrang Baloch advocated for the release of the suicide bomber, Rafiq Bizenjo, is false. The picture online has been altered. Also the two men - Rafiq Bizenjo and Rafique Oman - are unrelated.” Very important fact check ⬇️

In #KP returning to #TirahValley is a gamble with death. The #PakArmy’s airstrikes and drone attacks have left nothing but ruins. Is there any real safety? Is anyone actually protecting the people who suffered the most? @BobLancia @a_siab

When even your "best friend" demands to bring in their own security forces, maybe it's time to admit that the house is on fire—uncontrollable fire! @fakharzai7 dawn.com/news/1872281

The NPP has secured a commanding victory with over two-thirds majority in Sri Lanka’s Parliament, winning 159 seats—141 elected and 18 via the National List. Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) trailed behind with 40 seats.

All those years playing both sides—supporting the #Taliban and courting #China—might finally catch up with #Pakistan. Mike Waltz and the U.S. won’t forget so easily, I guess! @CJBdingo25

Tough times ahead for Gen. (Retired) Asim Munir led Pakistani military junta: President Trump’s National Security Advisor, Mike Waltz, just three years ago wanted sanctions against the Pakistani military and the suspension of all aid for supporting the Taliban in Afghanistan.
