When you eat, do you eat because you listen to your body, and it says eat? ...and what to eat! Or do you because someone or the clock says?
You have exercise habits, but you are not your exercise habits.
You have a diet (the sum total of what you eat), but you are not your diet.
You have a waistline, but you are not your waistline!
...as defined in phrases such as; 'I have a mind, but I am not my mind. I have a body, but I am not my body.' So...
Let's bring some wisdom into things then... Wisdom is about knowing the you that is AWARE OF your mind and body, and is not them...
Sometimes we are so out of touch with our thirst that we mistake it for hunger.
What are you doing today? Is it from your ego or from your heart? If it's from your hear you'll be congruent and will probably achieve it.
Again, don't eat for the mind. Don't eat for the mind's needs. Eat only for the body's needs.
