Using the Newtforce has been huge for our athletes. @BenWeber09 made a lot of quality changes during his stay at the ARMory, as indicated by improvements in a couple key Newtforce markers (Graphic below). I’ll include the thread in 2021 on some other findings we had ⬇️
We can work on our movements and analyze them in real time without having to make a real throw with a baseball every time. One of the ways we do this is with med-ball throws on our NewtForce mound to work on how an athletes lower half is moving.
